Telescope Tripod
We inherited a telescope a few weeks ago, but it was old enough that the hinge holding the legs to the rest of the tripod broke within the first week. I looked up the basic idea, gathered what scraps I had, and put this together. It’s sturdy and light, and it serves as my wife’s bedside table when not in use.
The legs don’t extend, but I figured the little legs that’ll be using it don’t need a tall telescope
The joints between the wood and the metal mount were just a strip of scrap metal; I still need to grind off the sharp corners
Until I can cut off the excess links, kinda janky
